Our policy
We stand behind every fit. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
- 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original receipt or order number required
How to start a return
Email us at the address on our contact page with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- Reason (sizing, defect, changed your mind — we just want to know)
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What can't be returned
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
- Items damaged outside of shipping
Defective items
If your fit shows up damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it on us. No questions.
