Our policy

We stand behind every fit. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

  • 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original receipt or order number required

How to start a return

Email us at the address on our contact page with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  3. Reason (sizing, defect, changed your mind — we just want to know)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What can't be returned

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
  • Items damaged outside of shipping

Defective items

If your fit shows up damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it on us. No questions.
