Do GraffGrind fits run true to size?
Most pieces are designed oversized on purpose — if you want a more fitted look, size down one. If you want the full oversized drape, stick with your normal size.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
US: 7–15 business days. International: 10–25 business days. Full breakdown on our shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide.

Returns

What's your return policy?
14 days, unworn with tags. Full details on the returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — start an exchange the same way you'd start a return.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll try to catch it before it ships. After it ships, treat it as a return.

Where's my tracking?
Check the email we sent when your order shipped. If it's been more than 3 days, hit us up on the contact page.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some, not all. Drop-style pieces (numbered or seasonal) are usually one-and-done. Join the email list to get first access to restocks and new drops.
